Sports Injury Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation
Whether you are a recreational runner, weekend warrior or competitive athlete, injuries can interrupt the activities you enjoy. Our sports injury physiotherapy focuses on more than getting you out of pain. We work to restore movement, strength, control and confidence so you can safely return to your sport and reduce the risk of future injury.

Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy
Musculoskeletal physiotherapy focuses on the assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of conditions affecting the muscles, joints, bones and surrounding soft tissues. We help with a wide range of problems, including back and neck pain, joint pain, muscle and tendon injuries, stiffness, headaches, as well as persistent or recurring pain.

Post-Operative Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation
Physiotherapy plays an important role in helping you recover safely and confidently following surgery. Our post-operative rehabilitation programmes are individually tailored to your surgery, your stage of recovery and your personal goals. We work alongside your surgeon's recommendations to help restore mobility, strength, function and confidence.

Women's Health Physiotherapy
Women's bodies go through significant physical and hormonal changes throughout life. Physiotherapy can play an important role in helping you stay strong, active and confident through these transitions. Our Women's Health Physiotherapy service focuses on musculoskeletal concerns, strength and conditioning, movement and physical function, with particular support for women navigating the peri-menopausal and post-menopausal stages of life.

INDIBA Radiofrequency Therapy
INDIBA TECAR (Transfer of Energy Capacitive and Resistive) therapy is a form of radiofrequency treatment that delivers a gentle electrical current deep into the body's tissues at a specific frequency (448kHz). Rather than heating the skin surface like some other devices, this current works with your own body's cells, generating natural warmth from within the tissue itself.

Therapeutic Ultrasound
Therapeutic ultrasound has been used in physiotherapy for over 70 years and remains one of the most extensively researched treatment modalities. It works by delivering high-frequency sound waves, well beyond the range of human hearing, deep into soft tissue through a handheld probe.

Shockwave Therapy
Shockwave therapy uses focused pulses of acoustic energy, similar in principle to a sonic boom, delivered through the skin to an injured area of tendon, ligament, or bone. Rather than damaging tissue, these carefully controlled pulses stimulate the body's own healing response. They trigger new blood vessel growth, boost circulation, and switch on the biological signals involved in tissue repair. This helps "restart" stubborn, long-standing injuries that have stalled in their natural healing process.

Teleconsultation
Physiotherapy does not always have to take place in the clinic. Our teleconsultation service gives you the option to speak with your physiotherapist from wherever you are, whether you need advice, a follow-up or guidance with your rehabilitation. It can be particularly useful for follow-up appointments, progressing your exercises, reviewing your recovery and planning the next stage of your rehabilitation. It can also be a convenient option when getting to the clinic is difficult.
